Mansfield Park

KCG were contacted by the Mansfield Park steering group to see if we could help or advise on the proposed redevelopment of the park. The Park developed on the site of old tenement blocks some years ago has been identified by the community as being in need of upgrading.

The park is situated in the centre of Partick and has potential to be the civic square for the whole community. Our role has been to offer support and advice on a range of issues such as preparation of tender documents for the design contract, consultation, and to agree to help pull together the funding package.

A design and consultation study has been completed by Land Use Consultants identifying a £1.6 million redevelopment project and the next phase is to secure planning consent and to secure a funding package to support the work.
