Milton
Nursery
In 2003 Deidre Kilmurray , Head Teacher of Milton Nursery, approached KCG
as
the school had received a grant from Grounds for Learning of £1000 to improve
their school grounds. With help from an officer from the project the school gathered
parents together to form a committee of interested parents and staff.
We are currently working with this group to design the school grounds and source
other funding. We have already had approaches from volunteer groups and other
organisations to assist with the project and work should begin this winter on
making changes to the exterior of the school to make it a far more interesting
and attractive space to play
